Recipe Ingredients for Potato and Cheese Creme Soup

1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 dash of black pepper
1 cup milk
1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 shredded potato

Recipe Directions for Potato and Cheese Creme Soup

  1. Melt the margarine in a small sauce pan, stirring in the flour and spices. Add in the milk all at once.

  2. Add cheese and potato when the soup base begins to steam.

  3. Cook over medium until potatoes are done and cheese is melted.
