An easy cauliflower potato curry!

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Cauliflower Indian curry

1 cup water
2 teaspoons Cumin
2 teaspoons Coriander
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Black mustard Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 tbsp ginger
4 Serrano peppers
2 cup Onion, chopped
1 Red pepper
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt (optional)
1 teaspoon water
4 cups Cauliflower
2 cups Tomatoes
1 tbl oil
4 tablespoons Tomato sauce
3 cups red potatoes

Recipe Directions for Potato Cauliflower Indian curry

  1. 1. Heat oil. Add the cumin seeds until they splutter

  2. 2. Add chillies and tomatoes with ginger and saute

  3. 3. Add tomatoes and sauce and saute some more

  4. 4. Add potatoes and saute. Sprinkle some water if needed

  5. 5. Add the rest of the spices and saute

  6. 6. Add chopped cauliflower and some water and saute with lid closed.

  7. Serve with rice or indian rotis
