Used fat free sour cream, 2% milk reduced fat shredded cheese and 90% fat free cream of mushroom soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Casserole (Reduced Fat)

30 ounce shredded hash browns
16 ounce sour cream fat free
1 pound 2% milk reduced fat mild cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, chopped
10 3/4 ounce 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
79 g french fried onions

Recipe Directions for Potato Casserole (Reduced Fat)

Toss ingredients together. Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes to an hour in a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle french fried onions on top for the last five minutes.
