yummy and indulgent, will fill you up and keep you full. Lots of calories, but only if you eat the entire dish yourself.

Recipe Ingredients for potato casserole

4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 serving Ground Beef

Recipe Directions for potato casserole

  1. brown the ground beef, drain

  2. peel, cut and boil potatos until soft.

  3. mix cooked potatos, beef, soups, and cheese into a large casserole dish

  4. bake at 350 until cheese is melty

  5. you can add vegetables if you would like, i'd reccommend peas, carrots, onions or celery
