Great with eggs for breakfast or as potato side dish with meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato casserole

1 1/2 lbs potatoes (shredded and water drained)
1/2 onions (finally chopped)
1/5 lb bacon (cooked and drained)
1/4 cup All Whites Liquid Egg Whites
1/4 cup water
.25 cup liquid egg substitute
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Potato casserole

  1. Preheat oven 350.

  2. Mix ingredient in large bowl. place in cake pan. cook in oven for 1-1.5 hours or until top is golden brown.

  3. Substitute bacon for turkey bacon or ham. add broccoli or cauliflower florets for more fiber.
