Yummy potato casserole with corn and meat

Recipe Ingredients for Potato casserole

7 Russet potatoes
1/2 cup of milk
1 pound ground turkey
3 cups corn
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 ounces of monterey jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Potato casserole

  1. slice and cook potatoes in boiling water with skins

  2. cook and brown the ground turkey while the potatoes are boiling

  3. drain water from the potatoes

  4. mash potatoes in a bowl with the cheese, milk, salt and pepper

  5. heat corn

  6. in a square 9x9 pan layer the corn on the bottom, the ground turkey in the middle, and the potatoes on top

  7. bake in oven until the top of the potatoes are brown
