Recipe Ingredients for Potato carrot soup

8 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 small Onions
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
2 serving Grill Mates Garlic
2 tbsp Sour Cream
2 tbsp Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil

Recipe Directions for Potato carrot soup

Peel and chop potatoes and onions. Blend carrots. Combine all three in a large sauce pan. Add milk, water, butter and spices. Boil until potatoes are done and fall apart when poked with a fork. Add sour cream. Blend with a hand mixer and serve!
