Recipe Ingredients for potato, broccoli and cheese soup

650 grams Potatoes, Boiled
10 grams Vegetable Stock Cubes
2 small Onions
3 cup, chopped Broccoli
40 grams Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for potato, broccoli and cheese soup

  1. Dice the potatoes, onion and cut the broccoli heads into pieces.

  2. Bung everything in a pan (except cheese) with 3/4 litre of water and bring to the boil with the pan covered.

  3. Turn down to a simmer for 20-25 min or till the potato is soft.

  4. Mash with a potato masher to break up chunks then add the cheese and stir.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
