Recipe Ingredients for Potato and Broccili Kugel

1 bunch Broccoli
5 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") Potatoes, Baked, Flesh
4 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
8 tbsp Mayo Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
10 dash Salt, Table
10 dash Pepper, Black
5 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Potato and Broccili Kugel

  1. Shred potatos and carrots

  2. Chop broccoli

  3. mix in eggs, mayo, salt, and pepper

  4. place in large glass pan

  5. bake for 50 minutes at 350
