Potato bread made with dry mashed potato flakes

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Bread

1 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
4 cups flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup Potatoes, Mashed, Dehydrated, Flakes
2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Potato Bread

  1. Put all the ingredients in bread pan on dough setting.

  2. When completed, divide into two portions, shape into two small loaves and let rise 30 minutes.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

  4. Remove from pans and slice.
