Recipe Ingredients for Potato & Bean Burrito

1/2 cup Potato
1/2 cup Black Beans
1 tsp Garlic
1/2 cup Onion
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 oz Mozzarella
2 Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Potato & Bean Burrito

  1. Microwave the potato till about halfway baked.

  2. Chop Potato into cubes and saute with the onion and garlic clove. Season.

  3. Add the Beans and cheese. Cook till melty and warm throughout.

  4. Microwave the tortilla till warm. Add the goodies and some salsa.

  5. Serve up Quesadilla Style.
