yoghurt, egg, milk and rosemary form the filling here, instead of the usual cream.

Recipe Ingredients for potato bake

1550 g potatoes
400 g onions
600 g yoghurt
6 eggs
400 ml whole milk
1 tsp rosemary
1 pinch paprika
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for potato bake

  1. Slice potatoes thinly.

  2. Grate onions.

  3. Mix together yoghurt, milk, eggs, rosemary and salt.

  4. Layer potato/onion mixture with yoghurt mixture.

  5. Top with paprika and bake around 30 minutes until thickened and golden brown on top.
