120 g potatoes, peeled and shredded
25 g onion
3 tbsp Egg Whites
1 tablespoons all-purpose flour
23 g mushrooms
2 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Potato Applesauce Pancakes

  1. Combine potatoes, applesauce, onion, mushroom, eggs, and flour in a bowl.

  2. Heat a large heavy sauce pan over medium-high heat - spray with cooking spray.

  3. Form mixture into palm-sized patties; fry, working in batches, until golden brown, 2 to 4 minutes on each side.

  4. Sprinkle with salt; serve with sour cream or pancake syrup.
