Recipe Ingredients for Potates with Peppers & Onions

2 oz green bell pepper
2 oz red bell pepper
2 oz yellow bell pepper
2 oz red onion
2 potatoes
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Potates with Peppers & Onions

  1. put oil in fry pan

  2. chop all ingredients into cubes

  3. Add the potatoes to the oil first and cook for 10 minutes on medium.

  4. Add the chopped veggies to the potatoes.

  5. Cook until potatoes are tender.

  6. Variation: add bacon and cheddar cheese, but add them to the calorie counter.
