A healthy smoothie, rich in vitamin C and potassium. Wakes up better than coffee and is good to cure hangovers

Recipe Ingredients for Potassium smoothie

1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit, (Chinese Gooseberries), Fresh
1 NLEA serving Lemons
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp(2 g) Ginger Root
20 grams Spinach

Recipe Directions for Potassium smoothie

Put all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender and blend for a couple of minutes.
