Recipe Ingredients for potasium roasted veggies

1 medium raw Red Potato
1 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
8 oz Bok Choy
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup Lima Beans
1 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for potasium roasted veggies

Place on greased cookie sheet. Spray with a little olive oil and season with your favorite spices. Roast at 400 til desired doneness.
