Recipe Ingredients for Pot Roast Reconstructed

96 oz Beef
3 medium raw Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 serving Garlic Cloves
8 oz Wine, Table, Red
3 cup No Salt Added Fat Free Beef Flavored Broth
1 serving sumac
2 cup Harvest Choice Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Pot Roast Reconstructed

Cut beef in 1 in. cubes, saute till browned in cooking oil, set aside. Bake in oven next day at 325 for 1 hour. To serve, portion in 10 squares with spatula, and serve with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable of choice.
