Recipe Ingredients for pot roast

1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse Beef, Chuck, Arm Pot Roast
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 clove Garlic
3 medium Carrots
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for pot roast

chop and add all ingredients to meat. Add 1 cup of water and bake at a medium heat until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender. add to rice or pasta.
