Pot roast slowly cooked for 2 hours

Recipe Ingredients for Pot Roast

64 oz Beef, Chuck, Arm Pot Roast
9 grams Coarse Kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 medium Carrots
10 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 clove Garlic
25 grams Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Pot Roast

Preheat oven to 350C. Season pot roast with salt and pepper. Brown pot roast in deep pan on all sides. Remove roast and place in roasting pan. Cut onions, celery, carrots, and garlic and fry in pan with roast juices, until translucent. Pour vegetables into roasting pan with bay leaves. Cover roast with mixture of cream of mushroom soup and worcestershire sauce. Cover the pan with foil and roast for 2 hours.
