Recipe Ingredients for Pot Roast

56 oz Beef, Chuck, Arm Pot Roast
3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 large Onions
15 large Carrots, Baby
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 medium Sweetpotato
1 cup, cubes Turnips
1 serving knorr beef oxo powder
1 serving Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
4 cloves, raw Garlic

Recipe Directions for Pot Roast

  1. brown meat

  2. add veggies

  3. add seasoning in 1 cup water and pour over meat and veggies

  4. cook on low for 5 hours, then 1 hour on high
