Recipe Ingredients for Pot Roast

2 11/20 lb Beef, Loin, Bottom Sirloin Butt, Tri-tip Steak
2 cup chopped raw Yukon Gold Potatoes
3/4 cup, chopped Carrots
2 can (10.75 oz), prepared Soup, Cream Of Mushroom
1 cup Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon
1/2 oz Gravy, Au Jus, Dry

Recipe Directions for Pot Roast

Place all ingredients in a slow-cooker. Set HIGH for four hours, and LOW for two hours (with six hours cooking time in total).
