Recipe Ingredients for Pot Roast

4 lb. Beef, Chuck, Arm Pot Roast
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp Rosemary, Fresh, washed and cut
2 c carrots
1 can beef broth
1 can Tomato Paste, Without Salt Added

Recipe Directions for Pot Roast

Add ingredients to the crock pot. Choose the 6 or 8 hour setting depending on the day?s schedule. For added veggie goodness, cook up a bag of frozen broccoli and cauliflower.
