Recipe Ingredients for Pot Roast Gravy

1 1/2 cups organic beef broth
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/2 cup skim milk
2 dash salt
2 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Pot Roast Gravy

Pour broth into a skillet or saucepan and heat to boiling. While broth is heating to boiling, prepare cornstarch as directed on box and add to broth. Stir to prevent cornstarch from congealing. Add milk. Add salt and pepper. Cook to desired consistency and taste.
