Recipe Ingredients for pot roast chicken breast

200 g Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
5 carrots
200 g fennel
200 g mushrooms
2 onions
300 g chicken stock
150 ml red wine

Recipe Directions for pot roast chicken breast

  1. fry off onion and garlic

  2. fry off veg except mushrooms

  3. add stock and wine bring to boil put in casserole dish

  4. fry off mushrooms add to pot

  5. lay chicken breast on top and cook low light 140 for 2 hrs

  6. if you want to brown off chicken just take lid off 30 mins before the end

  7. Serve 2nd day and allow flavours to develop

  8. you can add rice or potatoes and another veg like spinach or cabbage
