2 tablespoon Kretschmer Wheat Germ, Regular
34 grams Blueberries
0.25 cup, unthawed Strawberries
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving 100% Whey Protein Powder

Blend together. For best results, put in ice and frozen fruit first, and put in liquid last to prevent it congealing with powder.
