Recipe Ingredients for Post Workout Egg Mash #1

2 oz Anchovies
3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
0.75 cup Okra
2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
0.5 medium raw Onion Yellow

Recipe Directions for Post Workout Egg Mash #1

Cut up bacon and sautee on low heat. Once they have cooked halfway discard most of the grease. Sautee onions, frozen okra and anchovies. Add seasonings to taste. Sautee until onions are soft and okra is done. Add eggs and scramble together. Serve with hot sauce.
