A great drink for after workouts.

Recipe Ingredients for Post-Workout Drink

3/4 cup blueberries
1 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. almond butter

Recipe Directions for Post-Workout Drink

  1. Add 3/4 cup Kefir to this as well (site didn't recognize Kefir)

  2. Put all ingredients into blender and blend

  3. for a more frozen drink--add frozen fruit instead

  4. You can substitute peanut butter for almond butter
