Recipe Ingredients for Post Thanksgiving turkey pot pie

1 pillsbury pie crusts
16 ounces turkey
8 ounces turkey stuffing
6 ounces chicken gravy
1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Post Thanksgiving turkey pot pie

Place 1 pie crust in a pie plate. Add layers of turkey, vegetables, then stuffing. Pour gravy over top and slice into the mixture with a knife. Add second pie crust on top, making vents with a knife. Cook at about 375 for 30-45 minutes. This can be varied using rice or frozen potatoes instead of stuffing, different kinds of veggies, different kinds of meat.
