3.5 oz Pork, Fresh, Shoulder, Whole

Recipe Directions for Posole

  1. Place each ingredient in a pint canning jar.

  2. The pork is 4 ounces raw and I'm guessing it's about 3.5 ounces when cooked.

  3. Process 90 minutes in pressure canner.
