A dish I learned to make last summer in Moorea, a sister Island to Tahiti.

Recipe Ingredients for Posain Cru

2 lbs Ahi Tuna Steaks
1/2 cucumber
1/2 red onion
1/2 Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
10 fruit+2"+dia key limes
3 oz coconut milk
1 c salt

Recipe Directions for Posain Cru

  1. Cube the Ahi in small cubes. Rise very well. Cover with water (just to the top of the tuna) add all the salt, should taste like the ocean.

  2. Drain after 5 minutes, any longer it will be too salty.

  3. Juice all the key limes over the tuna. Gentily fold mix the tuna and key limes. This part takes as long as you like. Less time cooking in lime juice the rawer the tuna will be. Drain and add the coconut milk and the veggies.

  4. And enjoy the taste of the islands. Oh it is a french dish!
