2 tbsp Olive Oil
6 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
6 clove Garlic
1 oz Bay Leaves
16 oz Kale
30 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
20 oz Diced Tomatoes
16 oz Chourico
64 fl oz Soup, Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Portuguese Kale Soup

Heat oil, add chopped potatoes & onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic, bay leaves, & kale to pot. Wilt greens for 2 minutes. Add beans, kale, tomatoes, chourico, & broth and bring to a boil 5-10 minutes
