Portuguese style Shrimps with Piri Piri butter sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Portuguese Gambas com Piri Piri

1 kg shrimp, raw
250 g butter
50 g bay leaf
50 g garlic
5 dash Tabasco
2 fruit lemon
5 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Portuguese Gambas com Piri Piri

  1. Do the recipe in a large frying pan (will have to be prepared in 4-5 bathces)

  2. Melt butter with garlic until garlic goes transparent

  3. Add bay leaf, Tabasco (portuguese Peri Peri)

  4. Add Shrimps to cover pan and add salt on top

  5. Fry shrimps till pink, turn over and fry until cooked

  6. Take out, add half lemon, squeezed

  7. In same pan do next batch

  8. Serve hot
