Italian sausage, vegetable and noodle soup

Recipe Ingredients for Portugese soup

1 lb Italian sausage, browned
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. sliced carrots
14 1/2 oz tomatoes
32 oz beef stock
1 clove garlic
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 c egg noodles, cooked

Recipe Directions for Portugese soup

Brown sausage and drain off fat. Add remaining soup ingredients except cabbage and noodles (being careful with pepper and salt). Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add cabbage and noodles and cook for 15 minutes.
