Turkey Sausage and Portabello Mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Portobello and Sausage

10 oz Sausage, Italian, Turkey, Smoked
2 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Green

Recipe Directions for Portobello and Sausage

  1. Sautee onions and bell pepper.

  2. Take sausage out of casing and add to bell peppers and onions.

  3. Cook down.

  4. Chop up portabello mushrooms and add to sausage mixture.

  5. Simmer until portabellos are cooked.
