Recipe Ingredients for Portobello Salad with Prosciutto

1 oz Prosciutto Riserva Stradolce
1/2 cup chopped raw Portobello Mushrooms
1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
1 oz Onion Red
2 cup Arugula
4 oz Juice
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Portobello Salad with Prosciutto

Put thinly sliced prosciutto under broiler for a few minutes until slightly crispy. Pour on lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay prosciutto ontop of salad. You can drizzle truffle oil on top also.
