Recipe Ingredients for Portobello Philly

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
336 g Portobello Mushroom
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
3 slices Reduced Fat Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese

Recipe Directions for Portobello Philly

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Add onion, stirring often until soft and beginning to brown, 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms, bell peppers, oregano, and pepper for about 7 minutes.

  2. Reduce heat to low, sprinkle vegetables with flour and stir to coat. Stir in broth and soy sauce. Remove from heat, lay cheese over vegetables. Cover to melt cheese, 1-2 minutes.

  3. Divide into 4 portions and serve on buns.
