Recipe Ingredients for Portobello Mushrooms Italiano

5 medium mushroom Portobello Mushrooms
1 tbsp Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
1 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
2 item Cherry Tomatoes
10 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Portobello Mushrooms Italiano

Wash mushroom, place stem side up on greased pan or greased grill (on low heat). Place olives, tomatoes (cut in half), some artichoke hearts if you have them, on the gills of the mushroom. Sprinkle little bit of mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the mushroom. Broil or grill for 12-15 minutes until it is warmed through. Eat immediately!
