8 Portobello Mushrooms
1 olive (14 g) oil (tbsp)
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
3 slices Spanish Serrano Style Ham (finely chopped)
8 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
