portobello flatbread sandwich with spicy marinade

Recipe Ingredients for Portobello mushroom flatbread

1/2 cup chopped raw Portobello Mushroom Caps Packaged
1 serving Hot Chili Sauce
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Raspberry Vinaigrette
1.33 serving Garlic Naan Flatbread Mix
1 leaves Romaine Lettuce
1 oz Italian Parsley
2 tbsp Hummus
2 tbsp Crumbled Goat's Milk Feta Cheese

Recipe Directions for Portobello mushroom flatbread

  1. Heat oven to 400 F. Mix sriracha chili sauce, raspberry vinaigrette, and worcestershire sauce together. Run onto bottom side of a whole portobello cap [you can slice it up if you'd like]. I just make a foil tray and put the mushroom cap marinated side down on it and stick it in the oven for 10 minutes. In the mean time, I toast the flatbread and chop up the lettuce and parsley. When 10 minutes is up, flip the cap over to the other side and top with feta cheese, and set your oven to broil, for another 5 to 10 minutes. When the mushroom cap is done cooking, slice into a few large strips and set on top of your other toppings [this way the bread doesn't get soggy from all of the mushroom juice].

  2. This is just a generalized idea of a healthy sandwich, and I just used the ingredients that I had on hand, so some of the brands listed above are not exactly what I used, but the calorie count [and most other nutrition information] are pretty spot on. Also, if you don't really like spicy food, either cut the sriracha down to 1/2 tsp. or use something else to thicken the marinade a little.
