Recipe Ingredients for Portobello Mushroom, Bell Pepper, and Onion

3/4 teaspoon garlic
1/4 onion
1/4 green bell pepper
1 cup portabella

Recipe Directions for Portobello Mushroom, Bell Pepper, and Onion

  1. Heat cooking spray in a medium skillet over medium heat.

  2. Pu in the garlic, onion, and green bell pepper.

  3. Season with to taste.

  4. Cook about 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

  5. Reduce skillet heat to low.

  6. Place mushroom caps in the skillet, cover, and cook about 5 minutes per side, until tender.
