1 (100g g) Portobello Mushrooms
40 g goat cheese
3 g bacon bits

Recipe Directions for Portobello Loving

  1. Stuff the mushroom with the goat cheese

  2. Place in tinfoil

  3. Put the mushroom in the oven or grill for 20 minutes

  4. Sauté the bacon till crispy

  5. Garnish the mushroom with the bacon
