Portobello burgers with aurula and red pepper (or tomato)

Recipe Ingredients for Portobello burger

1 whole wheat roll
1 tomato slices
2 arugula leaf
1/4 cup mushroom
2 slices american cheese
1 ham slices

Recipe Directions for Portobello burger

  1. Roast peppers and take out peel

  2. In a sauce pan, sautee portobellos (round part up) for 4 minutes.

  3. Turn portobellos arround, put cheesee on top and cover. Cook for another 4 minutes or until portobellos are tender.

  4. Heat wheat roll, put 2 portobellos, arugula and pepper.
