Portobello with spinach, feta (or gorgonzola) and sun-dried tomato

Recipe Ingredients for Portobello appetizer

2/3 cup mushrooms
3 cups fresh spinach
2 tablespoons feta cheese
1 tomato
1/8 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Portobello appetizer

boil about a cup of chicken broth. Add spinach and boil until soft. Add 2 Tablespoons or so of sun dried tomato. Drain (keep broth) and place in glass dish. Top with portabello. Sprinkle with gorgonzola or feta. pour some broth over mushroom to moisten. Bake in oven for 5 minutes or so.
