Stir-Fry with Oyster-Ginger Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Portobella Mushroom Stir-Fry with Oyster-Ginger Sauce

2 tbsp fat free low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp sugar
1 t soy sauce
1 t soy sauce
1/4 c fat free low sodium chicken broth
2 t oyster sauce
1/2 t sesame oil
1 t cornstarch
1 t garlic, minced
1 t ginger, minced
1 tbsp canola oil
1 c portobella mushrooms, sliced
1 small carrot, chopped
2 tbsp fat free low sodium chicken broth
1/2 c sugar snap peas
2 c cabbage, chopped

Recipe Directions for Portobella Mushroom Stir-Fry with Oyster-Ginger Sauce

  1. Combine glaze ingredients.

  2. Combine sauce ingredients.

  3. Stir-fry mushrooms in 2 t canola oil. Add glaze. Set aside.

  4. Spray pan with PAM. Add carrots. Set aside.

  5. Add last 1 tsp canola oil to hot pan. Add cabbage and snap peas. Add ginger and garlic. Add carrots and mushrooms and sauce back to pan. Combine well.
