From "Three Fat Chicks on a Diet"

Recipe Ingredients for Portabello Penne

8 oz penne pasta, dry uncooked
3 tbsp Brummel and Brown Spread
2 tsp garlic, minced
12 oz portabello mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chives

Recipe Directions for Portabello Penne

  1. Cook pasta, drain, and keep warm.

  2. In non-stick skillet, heat 1/2 of largarine and add garlic and mushrooms.

  3. Cook until browned.

  4. Place pasta in dish and top with mushrooms.

  5. In same skillet, add wine and bring to a boil while scrapping the pan.

  6. Ass remaining margarine, salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Pour over pasta and mushrooms.

  8. Sprinkle with chives
