1 oz portabello mushroom
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp pesto
2 slices wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Portabello Mushroom sandwich

  1. Saute a clean portabello cap in olive oil and some chopped garlic over low to medium heat until soft.

  2. Spread the mayo and pesto on toasted bread

  3. Combine and eat!
