Recipe Ingredients for Portabello Mushroom

1/3 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 onion
3/4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Portabello Mushroom

  1. mix oil, lemon juice, spices and some salt. Brush on both sides of portabella mushroom. Slice onion

  2. Grill mushroom & onions on grill pan (both sides) for 3-4 min a side.

  3. Put on slice of multi-grain bread, top with sliced mozzarella.

  4. yum!
