Recipe Ingredients for Portabello and Fata pasta

1 pound fettuccine pasta
12 ounces portabello mushrooms
1 small onion
2 tbsp olive oil
6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
3 cloves of garlic

Recipe Directions for Portabello and Fata pasta

  1. make pasta

  2. chop onions and garlic

  3. saute onions, garlic and mushrooms until tender

  4. toss the mushroom mixture with the pasta and top with feta cheese
