Recipe Ingredients for Portabella Stroganoff

8 oz. noodles, cholesterol free
1 T. margarine
3/4 lb. portabella mushrooms, in strips
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3/4 c. beef broth
2 T. ketchup
1/2 c. reduced fat sour cream

Recipe Directions for Portabella Stroganoff

  1. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package, except omit salt.

  2. Melt margarine in nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  3. Cook mushrooms, onion and garlic until mushrooms are brown and tender.

  4. Stir broth and ketchup into mushrooms.

  5. Cook 5 minutes.

  6. Stir in sour cream.

  7. Serve over noodles
