Recipe Ingredients for portabella and pea pods

8 oz snow pea pods
8 oz portabella mushrooms
2 t canola oil
2 t olive oil
1 t sesame seeds
2 t brown sugar
1/4 cup wine
2 T soy sauce

Recipe Directions for portabella and pea pods

snip end from pods and cut in half.trim ends from stems and cut mushrooms in slices.heat olive oil in skillet.add sesame seeds and lightly toast.add canola oil.add mushrooms and saute till slightly browned.sprinkle with brown sugar.saute 1 minute.add wine and soy sauce. cook 1 min. add pea pods cover and steam until slightly soft but still crunchy.remove lid and saute until liquid is almost gone.serve.
